Expected outcome of the measurements to be done
From C-V analysis in room temperature, we come to know that in our schottky structure traps play a significant role. So from DLTS measurement we want to know the trap density, using Arhennius plot trap location in band gap, capture cross section.
Details of the Samples to be used
We deposit 99.9 % pure manganese on p-Silicon (100) by thermal evaporation to form schottky contact and aluminum in back side of silicon to form ohomic contact.Then annealed some different temperature to form silicide.
