The workshop will be focused on proposals for advanced experiments at the Delhi Light Source (DLS) facility of the Inter-University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), using ultrashort relativistic electron beams—in the form of single femtosecond bunches or bunch trains—and pulsed, high-intensity, coherent, tunable terahertz (THz) radiation

The primary objectives of the workshop are to:

• Bring together experimentalists and accelerator physicists to exchange ideas and discuss the development of facilities for experiments using ultrashort electron beams and THz radiation.
• Presentations on results obtained by using the existing experimental facility for e-beam and THz.
• To invite and discuss the proposals for cutting-edge experiments across diverse disciplines using the facility.
• To identify and prioritize experimental facilities to be installed in near future at IUAC to support fundamental and applied research.

Invited talks will be delivered by experienced researchers to highlights the research opportunities and recent advances in the field; while the abstracts from potential researchers will be requested to make presentations relevant to the theme of the workshop. The workshop will also provide students, young faculty members an opportunity to explore experimental techniques, interact with experts, and develop collaborations for experiments using electron beams and THz radiations.
