Characteristics
Diode IV
characteristic can be obtained easily using the DAC and ADC features.
Connect one end of a 1 KOhm resistor to the DAC output. The other end
is connected to the ADC Ch0 Input. Positive terminal of the diode also
is connected to the ADC Ch0 and negative to ground. The Voltage across
the diode is directly measured by the ADC and the current is calculated
using Ohm's law since the voltage at both ends of the 1 KOhm resistor
is known.

program.
The IV curve of several diodes shown below, note that
the LEDs start conducting a larger voltages.
