Instructions for applicants
Online application can be
submitted till midnight of February
14, 2017. Applications sent by
post or through email will not be accepted. Persons employed in
central / state governments, PSUs and autonomous bodies must produce no
objection certificate (NOC), issued by the competent authority, at the
time of written test and interview, if called for the same.
Only Indian nationals are eligible
to apply for the advertised posts.

Please do not submit multiple copies of
the online application form.
While calculating percentage of marks
in secondary (class 10) and senior secondary (10+2) examinations, one
has to consider all subjects. For B. Sc. (Physics), M. Sc. (Physics)
and integrated M. Sc. (Physics) courses, marks obtained in the core
subjects only (excluding optionals / languages) need to be taken into
account. Applicants must secure
60% marks, calculated in the method
described above, in all examinations. CGPA should be converted to
percentage, wherever applicable.
Each applicant is required to upload a
recent passport size colour
photograph (preferred width x heght:
240 x 320 pixels and size not exceeding 100 kB) and a
(preferred width x height: 80 x 280 pixels and size not exceeding
50 kB). Files only in PNG, JPG, JPEG and
GIF formats will be accepted. No other documents are required to
be uploaded / sent via email at this stage.
Shortlisted applicants would be required
to upload scanned copies of their academic credentials (marksheets /
certificates), proof of identity and the category certificate (if
